By using our website and purchasing excursions, packs and tours, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or make any purchases.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age or have the legal capacity to enter into a contract to use our services. Minors under 18 years old may use our services only under the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Excursions, Packs and Tour Purchases
3.1. Booking and Payment: When making a booking, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any bookings if payment is not received or if payment information is invalid.
3.2. Pricing and Availability: Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for any errors in pricing, and we reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions.
3.3. Cancellation and Refunds:
- 50% upon the registration
- 100% Two months before the Events
3.4. Children Policy:
- From 02 to 06 y.o : 20% of the Package
- From +06 to 14 y.o : 50% of the Package
- The discount is valid for children sharing parents room (02 Adults)
